He is Abdullah Bin Sultan Bin Ahmed Bin Saeed Bin Slayem Al Falasi, born in 1885, the first head of the Department of Immigration and Customs in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi during the era of Sheikh Shakhbout Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and he is one of the well known poets in the UAE. He died in 1985.
